These are my own personal thoughts, recommendations and remedies that have worked for me. I am NOT a doctor. Ask your doctor before using any of them. If you feel ill, contact your doctor or call 911. Many people with covid need to go to the hospital to get chest x-rays, blood tests, other tests and treatments. I had to go to the ER 3x to get my symptoms under control. (IF YOU NEED TRANSLATION, CLICK THE BUTTON NEAR THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, ABOVE THE DISCLAIMER. Exactly! My school is in a county with the 10th highest cases/100K in the state of Georgia. Many of the faculty and staff lives in Doughery County Georgia which is home to Albany where the early super spreader events took place. My district plans to open with no social distance plan for the district nor reduced class sizes – the say it is impossible. They decided masks are optional and gave teachers the go ahead for group work. Georgia is a non-union state. I am hoping this doesn’t turn into a massacre.
