Chicago major Lori closed down covid testing sites in some of the areas with the highest rates of covid, like Saucedo’s covid testing site in Little Village. There are 5 schools within 2 blocks of there and it’s the area with the highest density population of immigrants in the Midwest. So many of our students live there.
Mayor Lori claims she can’t protect the sites, but she can protect Michigan Ave and stores in wealthy neighborhoods?!
